Household Services

Household Services are here to make your home run smoothly! Please enquire about the specific needs of your family.

Rates

Household services are charged at $30/h for these services ONLY. There is a 4 hour or $120 minimum for household service shifts. Different household services can be combined into the same shift. If you are also requiring childcare these services can be added on to your childcare rate for an additional fee. Scheduled repeat and returning clients can save up to $5/h.

Organization

Is your Tupperware cupboard a mess? Is the play room out of control? Household organization includes seasonal tasks such as swapping over wardrobes (for weather or sizes), decor, or toy rotation as well as one off tasks such as organizing cupboards or linen closets or helping with move in or move out. I create systems in your home that are easy for you to maintain so everything always has its proper place. 
 

Errands

Hate doing the grocery shopping? Can never get to the store to return things? Constantly have packages sitting at the post office? Have SunUp check those off your to-do list for you!

Family Admin

Need the summer camp schedule planned and registered? Keep forgetting to schedule home maintenance? Hate talking on the phone with instructors or coaches? 

Meal Prep

Can never get dinner on the table after a long day at work? Always running out the door without breakfast? Have a baby starting solids that you can't keep up with? Meal prep gives you delicious, healthy meals to grab out of the fridge whenever you need so you can actually enjoy meals with your family.

Sample Menus - Family

Breakfast: Frittata, overnight oats or baked oats, or fruity chia pudding

Lunch: Chicken salad, Thai noodle salad with peanut sauce, or stovetop chicken pot pie

Dinner: Veggie chili, Lemon chicken orzo soup, or baked mac and cheese

Snacks: Peanut butter oat balls, English scones, or cornbread muffins

Sample Menus - Infant

Breakfast: Banana pancakes, egg bites, or apple breakfast 'cookies'

Lunch: Butter dill carrots, avocado toast, or veggie fritters

Dinner: 'Refried' beans & sweet potato, pasta with Bolognese sauce, or broccoli lentils

Snacks: Baked cinnamon apple slices, garlicky broccoli, or boiled eggs
